Camstudio is a very well featured application for creating screencasts on windows. Install camstudio on your windows machine from the Camstudio website. Make sure you read the Camstudio FAQ if you have any problems

Making your first screencast

In this Sceencast we will walk you through the basic setup for recording a screencast in windows using camstudio. Making a screencast is as simple as drawing a box around a region on your screen and hitting record.

 

The test screencast made above was in the avi format. At Bioscreencast.com we do accept *.avi files for direct upload. See Bioscreencast Accepted Formats for additional help.
